Meet the Founder

I'm Mason Scargall, the founder of Scargall Systems. I build complete AI powered business systems for contractors and blue collar trades, the kind of systems that capture every lead, handle the busywork automatically, and give owners their time back.

It started with a talk. Wade Foster, the cofounder of Zapier, came to speak at the University of Missouri, where I'm a business student. His message was simple: stop waiting, start building, and you'll learn as you go. That stuck with me. I'd always been drawn to technology and to the idea of building things that make work easier, and this was the bridge. I went home and started building.

My first projects were sales automations for a friend, teaching myself tools like N8N along the way. Then I met Ricardo Harrell, the owner of Rock and Roll Construction. We talked about what was slowing his business down, and I built him a demo. He liked it enough to say let's go. Over the next eight weeks, with his feedback and real world advice guiding every step, that demo grew into a full working system: a professional website, a complete business dashboard, automated follow ups, invoicing, and an AI agent he can run from his phone in the field.

The result is what I care about most. Ricardo got his time back. The systems handle the busywork that used to keep him up, so he can spend his time on the jobs and the people that matter.

That's what I build for every client. I'm young, I'm hands on, and I'm obsessed with getting this right, because at this stage my reputation is everything.
